Welcome to Saint Joseph Church! St. Joseph Church is a community of believers and a spiritual family that is supportive and loving. It is one of the largest Catholic Church of the Diocese of Oakland, California in the United States, led by Bishop Michael Barber. It was build 1881 and a place of worship, evangelization and reconciliation.St Joseph Church can be a place for you to grow spiritually, to put your faith in action, and to use our gifts of time and talent as disciples of Christ. “To know Christ better and to make him better known” is the mission statement of the Diocese and also the goal of our parish. The heart of St. Joseph Church is the faith, work and generosity of good people bringing God’s presence into the world. We look forward to answering any questions you may have.
